Dept. of Chemical Engineering

The Department has a variety of research programs, including polymer science, interfacial science, material science, bio-chemical and bio-medical engineering, process system engineering, transport phenomena, particulate technology, catalysis and reaction engineering, electrochemical engineering, and others. These research activities are central to the Department and provide a foundation for the application of fundamental science, the development of new applied sciences of practical interest, and an integrated environment for outstanding teaching and research.
