研究主題

動物細胞培養工程
動物細胞能生產多種高附加價值之生物產品,例如:生長因子、溶血栓藥物等。本研究室探討動物細胞附著及生長模式,以及各種影響因素(如:培養基材、胞外間質、培養液成份、剪力作用等)之效應。

 

剪力對內皮細胞之調控
血管內皮細胞位於血管最內層,直接承受血流產生之剪力,並據以調節血管生理功能,內皮細胞也在動脈硬化等血管病變過程中扮演重要角色。本研究室使用剪流裝置探討剪力對內皮細胞功能之調控,其中包括胞內活性氧族群、蛋白激酶、基因表現等之變化。

 

酵素應用
酵素之應用範圍相當廣泛,包括了工業生產、臨床醫療等方向。本研究室以轉化酵素為模式,比較各種固定化方法及載體之影響。另外亦探討溶菌酵素復性過程,設法以透析等方式提高其復性效果,改良目前採用之稀釋復性程序。
