研究主題

電子高分子材料之合成、特性與元件應用

主要研究興趣在下列三方面:(1)建立高分子結構與其電氣性質之關係,如介電性質、電化學性質、能帶隙等;(2)由poly(silsesquioxane)衍生物及雙性嵌段共聚物以模板技術製備奈米孔洞介電膜及孔洞形成機制; (3)新穎共軛高分子之合成,理論電子結構分析及其於光電元件之應用。


 

光學高分子材料之製備與特性

主要從高分子光學膜及光波導元件之研究,研究重點包括(1)由材料分子設計控制折射率大小及分佈、光傳送損失、吸收波峰位置等;(2)光學高分子材料之製備包括:多成分壓克力高分子、有機-無機奈米複合膜、聚醯亞胺等材料系統;(3)光波導元件之製備及特性量測:包括高折射率薄膜、抗反射薄膜、平面波導及通道波導元件等。
