研究主題

心肌組織工程
利用組織工程的三大要素: 細胞, 細胞基質,與訊息傳遞因子(例如生長因子, 荷爾蒙)來設計與培養從細胞培養到動物實驗都可實際應用的人工心肌組織


 

生醫材料

1.利用化學或物理合成分法增進細胞與材料相容以及可以啟動細胞再生因子的生醫材料
2.設計抗體連結的奈米顆粒來達到組織辨識,生物感測與藥物輸送的應用


 

幹細胞在心血管組織修復
分析各種幹細胞的心血管組織分化能力與誘導胚胎幹細胞成為心肌細胞來達到增進細胞療法的成效
