研究主題

氣相功能性高分子薄膜

利用化學氣相沈積方法製備官能化聚對二甲苯薄膜。經過此化學氣相沈積的製程可以製備無針孔之奈米級薄膜,並且可以蒸鍍在多種不同的材料上。此功能性高分子薄膜同時具備可供選擇的化學官能基,並透過鍵結的方式來固定其他重要的生物分子,對於生物材料改質方面的應用是強大的工具。


 

生物表面界面工程
表面界面特性在生物材料使用上以及生物環境的處理上是個重要的課題。本實驗室著重於研究官能性高分子薄膜對生物材料及生醫器材之應用,研究重點包括:1. 表面抗結垢改質 2. 表面化學及表面結構對生物分子及細胞的影響 3. 微流體系統之表面改質。
