研究主題

膜分離技術
膜分離技術不僅可以突破傳統分離技術的瓶頸,更可大幅提高能源使用效率。目前研究是以製備滲透蒸發及膜蒸餾程序所需的膜為主,下一步研究方向則是結合孔洞控制及材料改質的技術來製備可用於蛋白質分離及水處理的低結垢濾膜。

 

分子模擬
另一個研究方向是利用分子模擬來瞭解分子在高分子膜中的輸送機制以及探討高分子與溶劑間的交互作用。目前研究是以分子模擬來探討藥物透膜的過程。下一步的方向則是探討高分子與溶劑間的交互作用對高分子溶液微結構的影響。

 

組織工程
在組織工程方面的研究方向是以基材的製備為主,所用的材料是生物可分解的PLGA,PLLA以及天然的幾丁聚醣,目前正與台大牙醫學系共同開發牙周病治療所需的GTR膜以及具細胞選擇性的骨再生基材。
