研究主題

奈米電子及光電材料之製備及改質
奈米電子及光電元件特性直接受材料顯微結構、化學組成及結晶構造影響。為精確控制材料特性,開發新製程程序,包括有機聚合溶膠凝膠法、高壓水熱法等,以製備奈米材料,提高材料比表面積、反應活性及燒結特性。目前進行發光二極體及平面顯示器螢光材料、光電半導體、鋰離子二次電池材料、介電陶瓷及壓電陶瓷製備及反應程序之研究。

 

電子及光電元件薄膜製程
配合半導體IC工業之大型積體電路(VLSI)發展,開發於矽晶片上成長強介電陶瓷薄膜之技術,製備非揮發強介電隨機存取記憶體(FeRAM)。另外配合光電工業發展,開發下一世代之新型光電薄膜元件。

 

電子及光電材料分析及元件設計
配合不同電子材料機能,量測奈米材料及薄膜之介電性、壓電性、導電性及光電性。分析材料中晶粒及晶界之電容及電阻之變化,並以數學模式預測及模擬二相體之介電特性。並以動力分析及模式,探討電子材料反應及分解之程序及機制,以開發更佳性能之電子元件。另設計新型奈米元件,配合光電及微電子產業發展。
