研究主題

銅銦鎵硒(CIGS)薄膜太陽能電池及光電元件薄膜製程
配合能源產業需求,積極開發新型.銅銦鎵硒(CIGS)薄膜太陽能電池之真空與非真空製程,研發新型光吸收層與緩衝層程序,探討製程變因對太陽電池之光電轉換效率影響。另以化學鍍膜及物理濺鍍法,控制薄膜晶型、方向性、擴散反應及電性,另外配合光電工業發展,研究高亮度發光二極體(LED)及透明導電薄膜製程,開發下一世代之新型光電元件。

 

白光LED螢光材料及光電材料之製備及改質
為提高白光LED亮度及演色性,積極開發新型白光LED螢光材料,及將螢光材料應用於平面顯示器及其他電子產品。為精確控制材料特性,開發新製程程序,以減小材料粒徑至奈米級,提高材料比表面積、反應活性及燒結特性。目前進行白光LED螢光材料、太陽能電池、光電半導體、鋰離子二次電池材料、IC晶片化學機械研磨(CMP)奈米粉體、被動元件介電陶瓷及PZT壓電陶瓷製備及反應程序之研究。件。

 

能源元件及光電材料特性分析及元件設計
配合不同能源元件及電子材料機能,量測奈米材料及薄膜之介電性、壓電性、導電性及光電性。利用阻抗分 析瞭解材料中晶粒及晶界之電容及電阻之變化,並以數學模式預測及模擬二相體之介電特性。並以動力分析及模式,探討電子材料反應及分解之程序及機制,以開發更佳性能之電子元件。另設計新型奈米元件,配合光電及微電子產業發展。
