研究主題

生化程序工程
本實驗室著重生化程序工程及其相關領域研究,其包括生化反應及分離技術。在反應技術部份曾有再生資源的生化轉換、油污生物降解、週期式操作及相關動態行為、醱酵即時抑制物移除、昆蟲細胞與桿狀病毒系統生產藥用蛋白、無血清培養基、添加劑增加氧氣傳遞及提昇產量、及異澱粉酵素之應用(固定化技術、超臨界流體下之反應)。在下游程序則包含蛋白質/酵素分離技術(吸附、層析、泡沫分離),蛋白質穩定性與復性。

 

超重力系統
超重力系統(旋轉填充床)可大幅提高質傳效果,進而縮小系統設備。本實驗室已成功應用於吸收氣提吸附等單元操作, 同時設計基礎研究亦在進行中。
