研究主題

流體化工程
流體化床反應器在化學工程與環境工程方面具有相當大之發展潛力。也是本研究室多年來致力發展之目標。我們之研究包括氣泡式流體化床、循環式流體化床、磁流體化床及液、固流體化床。主要研究方向在流體化床之流力特性及反應器之應用。目前正在進行之研究有(i)磁流體化床中之空隙度及粒子之運動情況(ii)氣液流體化床中之質傳係數(iii)紊流流體化床中之熱傳。此研究之應用領域可應用於化學反應製程、材料製程、生物反應器、環境工程及煤之燃燒。

 

化工系統之數學模擬
化工系統之數學模擬是發展與改良化學製程不可或缺之工作之一。目前在本實驗室中進行之工作如下:(i) Damkohler 數對反應性薄膜分離系統之影響;(ii)紊流流體化床反應器中之化學反應轉化率;及(iii)連續結晶槽之穩定性分析。
