研究主題

程序整合與最適化

 典型化工廠中,因製程之需要,常需使用熱交換器以儘可能回收可用之熱能,亦常大量採用到諸如吸收、氣提等質交換器維持其中之特定成分,如何從整廠觀點,將這些熱傳或質傳設備做有系統的整合以降低設備投資與操作成本並減少對環境的衝擊,就形成了所謂的能量與質量整合問題。本研究將以數學規劃法進行程序整合工程研究,以有效進行整廠質與能交換器網路之設計,並達成管末處理、節能、省水、減廢等目標。


 

生產排程與供應鏈管理

批式製程通常被用於製造高價少量多類之藥物或特用化學品等,一間批式製程工廠之生產效能的高低常取決於生產排程是否能作最適當的安排。本研究將以推導具有廣泛使用彈性的批式製程生產排程數學規劃模式為目標,並完成相關應用軟體供作批式製程最佳短期生產排程之工具。另外,產品供應鏈包含由上游的供應商、經過製造商到零售商的整個流程是個動態複雜之體系,如何在複雜的狀況中整合供應鏈,是一個相當具有挑戰性的問題。本研究亦將以數學規劃法進行供應鏈整合研究,以有效進行供應鏈生產排程與配送規劃
