  • 研究主題

電子與光電高分子
主要研究重點在於由電子施體及電子受體之分子設計控制材料之電子、光學或光電特性,如電子或電洞能階位置、傳輸特性、能帶隙、及發光特性,並進一步操控其於薄膜、奈米纖維或奈米線之分子結構排列及形態,再藉由製程條件最適化將其應用於發光二極體、薄膜電晶體、太陽能電池、記憶體元件及其整合性軟性電子元件。

嵌狀共聚奈米高分子
本研究在於以活性聚合法製備含共軛基團或鏈段之嵌段共聚高分子,並藉由嵌段共聚高分子自組裝能力及共軛基團之間的π-π作用力形成許多不同的奈米結構形態,再進一步操控其電子光電特性,並應用於多功能螢光感測材料、薄膜電晶體或非揮發性記憶體元件。

高分子奈米複合光學材料
本研究在於利用分子結構設計、新合成、形態控制以及奈米加工技術,導入高折射率金屬氧化物結晶顆粒於透明高分子,並應用於高折射率塗膜、抗反射膜、光通訊波導元件、LED透明封裝材料及高耐熱高透明性軟性電子基板。
