溼製程鍍膜技術

本團隊研究溼製程鍍膜技術。我們感興趣之薄膜材料包含無機奈米管、沸石、金屬有機骨架、與鈣鈦礦太陽能電池。透過開發新穎化學溼製程的鍍膜技術,我們能夠將這些新穎無機薄膜材料應用於印刷電路板、軟性電路板、微電子元件、電池、與化工分離程序。
