程序整合與最適化
典型化工廠中,因製程之需要,常需使用熱交換器以盡可能回收可用之熱能,亦常大量採用到諸如吸收、氣提等質交換器維持其中之特定成分,如何從整廠觀點,將這些熱傳或質傳設備做有系統的整合以降低設備投資與操作成本並減少對環境的衝擊,就形成了所謂的能量與質量整合問題。本研究將以數學規劃法進行程序整合工程研究,以有效進行整廠質與能交換器網路之設計,並達成管末處理、節能、省水、減廢等目標。
相關技術目前也應用到整廠用水網路、冷卻水網路、工廠間蒸氣系統最適化、製程中低溫廢熱回收系統設計、複合式電力系統規劃等領域。
