    我們,在碧氫科技開發公司的學生們與同人們,近年來在氫能技術的觸媒應用與鈀膜製備及滲透現象,已有許多”第一”的成果貢獻。

    催化加熱氣與氧化觸媒的開發
    透過對hBN特性的掌握,與吳紀聖教授及其學生完成PBN觸媒的開發於VOC的去除利用。我們進一步透過載體的結合與分散,開發了催化燃燒用的氧化觸媒,使熱能的提供不需火焰,也不需要大型燃燒盧,更不會產生NOx。

    氫原子逸滑現象在鈀膜反應器的角色
    2002, 2004,我們先後發表論文指出氫原子由觸媒活性體逸滑(Spillover)到鈀膜,造成反應素的的提昇及轉化率突破熱力學的轉化率限制。2009,我門進一步發現氫原子的逸滑可以有效延長其距離以增加鈀膜管的滲透效率,並設計一系列HSP型的鈀膜管於高溫鈀膜反應氣的應用,以避免高溫造成的鈀膜構造變質及性能衰退。
