  • 本研究室之研究領域涵蓋應用流體力學原理所涉及之流體操作;如固液分 離、攪拌槽內之混合及紊流現象、及多相系統中之輸送現象。 固液分離-過濾   在固液分離研究中,以微觀解析濾餅過濾與薄膜過濾之濾餅成長機構,討 論濾餅被流體拉曳力壓縮之過程,以探討濾餅阻力、空隙率、及濾速之關係。 另一方面本研究室正探討濾餅特性值與作用應力之關係,期能在短期內確立迅 速可靠之濾餅特性值之量測方法。 攪拌槽內之混合與紊流現象   另一研究領域為通氣攪拌槽內的混合及紊流現象之研究。以實驗及理論, 探討直翼盤式攪拌翼之翼片後方所產生之渦流結構及紊流現象,以瞭解氣體是 如何被分散,並研究系統中之氣泡運動、結合、及再分散等現象,將研究結果 應用於大型通氣攪拌槽之最佳設計,如發酵槽之規模放大及設計。 粒子在懸浮床及懸面流管之運動 以實驗與理論之不同角度,分別探討粒子在氣固懸浮床中及旋迴流管之流體力學特性。並利用個別元素法模擬及分析此二系統中粒子之運動狀態與穩定性。
